Est. Canton of Zug · MCMXCVIII · Members Only

The world is uncertain.
Your journey need not be.

For twenty-eight years, Park Lane Travel has been the private travel concierge for clients who require a different standard of certainty.

1998— founded in the Canton of Zug

More than a quarter-century. Ninety-odd countries. Tens of thousands of journeys, and not one member left to resolve a crisis alone.

i.The Park Lane Commitment

Travel, at its best, is the quiet certainty that someone, somewhere, has already thought of what could go wrong — and arranged for it not to.

Most agencies plan a holiday and wish you well. We do the planning — and then we remain on duty.

Every Park Lane member is assigned a dedicated travel director with access to a twenty-four-hour resolution desk, staffed by people who have managed evacuations, medical emergencies, lost documents, and weather diversions across more than ninety countries — for twenty-eight years and counting.

When something goes wrong abroad — and at some point, for some traveller, something always does — you make one call. We make every other call after that.

ii.What sets us apart

Three commitments,
held without exception.

Anyone can sell you a flight. We are interested only in the moments — rare, but consequential — when a journey requires more than a booking confirmation.

— No. 01

Bespoke from the first conversation

No templates. No off-the-shelf packages. Every itinerary is composed by a senior travel director who has visited the destinations personally, and is signed off line by line before you depart.

— No. 02

Twenty-four-hour resolution desk

A single number, answered by a human authorised to make decisions on your behalf — book replacement flights, dispatch a doctor, escalate to a consulate. No queues. No scripts.

— No. 03

A network already in place

Trusted fixers, physicians, drivers and counsel in over ninety countries — relationships built, in many cases, across twenty-eight years of operation. We are not finding help when you call. We are calling people we know.

iii.When plans meet reality

The situations we are
built to resolve.

These are not hypotheticals. Each is drawn from members' journeys handled by the resolution desk — names and details withheld, of course.

— 01

Medical emergencies abroad

English- and German-speaking specialists located, and where needed, private medical evacuation arranged — in coordination with the treating hospital and the local authorities.

Resolution Desk
— 02

Lost passports & travel documents

Direct lines to consular staff at every Swiss embassy and the priority desks of partner missions. We set the replacement process in motion at once and stay with it — though the final timeline rests with the issuing authority.

Document Office
— 03

Strikes, cancellations & flight chaos

When an airline collapses, or a hub closes, our travel directors pursue alternatives through partner carriers and private aviation — set in motion the moment we learn of it.

Aviation Desk
— 04

Natural disasters & severe weather

We monitor every region a member is travelling in. When a hurricane, earthquake or wildfire approaches, we begin coordinating departure before the news outlets make it formal — guided by the local authorities.

Crisis Operations
— 05

Civil unrest & political instability

Discreet ground transport, vetted safe houses, and where required, repatriation by private charter. Our directors have managed extractions in eleven countries.

Security Liaison
— 06

Stolen possessions & financial duress

Emergency funds dispatched without delay. Card replacements couriered to your hotel. Police reports filed in the local language by our in-country counsel.

Resolution Desk
— 07

Family emergencies at home

When something happens while you are abroad, we book the next available flight home.

Personal Office
— 08

The hundred small things

A reservation that fell through. A driver who never arrived. A hotel that disappointed. The sort of thing that ought never to bother our members for more than one phone call.

iv.How a Park Lane journey unfolds

Considered before,
present throughout.

01

Introduction

A private conversation with one of our travel directors, by telephone or by video. We listen for what is unsaid — pace, sensitivities, who is travelling with you, what would constitute an unacceptable surprise.

02

Composition

An itinerary written by hand, line by line. Each property, transfer and reservation chosen and verified — never sourced from a wholesaler. Approved before a single booking is confirmed.

03

Departure

A complete travel dossier delivered the week before you go — with named contacts in every city, the resolution-desk number, and a personal greeting from your director.

04

In Country

Quietly observed, never intruded upon. Should anything go wrong, you make one call. Should nothing go wrong, you'll never know we were there at all — and that is the point.

We hold no public address and accept no walk-in enquiries; this is intentional.

There is no other way to reach us.
It is, we have come to find, the point.
